Our client is a Fortune 500 company that provides flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. The client’s needs arised based on an acquisition, where the company being acquired was halfway through their ERP implementation. For this client, we developed a two-degree solution. First, it was important to build a solution around the acquired company’s ERP and then position the client for success in future migrations.
The Client needed a multi-faceted team of experts familiar with multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle and SAP. Simultaneous to their SAP implementation, they needed data maintenance expertise in Oracle to assure a smooth migration
The migration needed to take place on a very aggressive deadline; leaving minimal time for the time required to analyse data from the Oracle system as well as integrating the data to an SAP system
Stabilized the acquired company’s ERP, and then cleansed and migrated data from the acquired company to the client.
Successfully analyzed and extracted from the Oracle GL, AP, AR, SO, PO, PIR, WIP, INV, BOM and MM modules
